Friday Growth - "Understanding Anger"

In this Friday Growth series, the teachers and staff learned about 'Anger' as to understand it. For 4 sessions, they learned how to identify when anger is triggered in our body. The possible causes and the process that happens when anger is triggered. The side effect if anger is not manage well. The session were accompanied with questions for personal refection and sharing with each other.
