Friday Growth - "MeTime" Series

In connection to the "Understanding Anger" serries, we are starting another series of Friday Growth sessions for our teachers and staffs until the end of the year. The sessions are called "MeTime" series and facilitated by Sr Susanna G, FMM, AThr. Each Friday, the participants will try different methods of mindfulness. The goal is to promote self-awareness and thus able to better care for one soul, mind and body.
