It is providence that the first big gathering allowed after Covid-19 restriction easing-up is the celebration of Mother's Day. Motherhood is indeed a sacred and special vocation. Therefore, we are happy to join with the whole world to celebrate and hounour the vocation of motherhood. Welcome Mommies...K1 Anthurium welcomes our Mothers with a song from Africa: Funga Alafia. Sr Liza and Mrs. Jeet welcome our Mothers at St Mary hall with light refreshments. It is an opportunity for everyone to get to know each other and forms connections. After the refreshment, parents proceeded to St Francis Hall to watch their children performances. The children from each class performed simple songs and dances to show their love and appreciation to their mothers. After the performances, parents were ushered to do a school tour of the Thinkering and Discovery rooms. Teachers were also treated to a Mother's Day celebration with delicious spread of food and a token of appreciation given by Ms. Jeet. We are truly happy to see how touched and joyful are our children's mothers with this simple celebration.
Thank you to all mothers for your love and sacrifice!
